Tailoring & Stitching (3 Months)
Participants Trained: 120+ women
This foundational course teaches women how to cut, stitch, and finish garments, empowering them to take up work from boutiques or start home-based tailoring businesses. We provide sewing machines to select trainees upon completion.
Beautician Course (3–6 Months)
Participants Trained: 85+ women (including trans women)
Trainees learn skincare, makeup, threading, waxing, and salon management. Many graduates now work at salons or operate small beauty parlors from their homes or rented spaces.
Aari Work & Embroidery (4 Months)
Participants Trained: 70+ women
Focused on reviving traditional embroidery, this program enables women to create intricate, high-demand designs for sarees, blouses, and fashion garments, connecting them to garment units and exhibitions.
Weaving & Handloom Skills (6 Months)
Participants Trained: 45 (tribal and rural women)
Reviving indigenous weaving techniques, this program supports tribal communities by connecting them with sustainable markets, buyers, and exhibitions for handwoven products.
Baking & Confectionery (2 Months)
Participants Trained: 60 women and domestic workers
Women learn how to bake cakes, bread, and snacks. Many now cater for local events or supply to bakeries, gaining daily income from home kitchens.
Candle & Agarbatti Making (1 Month)
Participants Trained: 100+ across rural belts
With simple raw materials and low investment, women are trained in making scented candles and agarbattis, which are then sold at fairs, temples, and retail outlets.
Soap & Detergent Making (1 Month)
Participants Trained: 50+
This program teaches participants how to create herbal soaps, bath products, and cleaning agents. Some groups have formed collectives to market their products locally.
Paper Bag & Eco-Friendly Packaging (1–2 Months)
Participants Trained: 40+ (including domestic workers and youth)
Focused on reducing plastic waste, this program empowers individuals to produce and supply eco-friendly packaging to local vendors, shops, and food joints.
Digital Sathi (Financial Literacy)
Participants Trained: 300+ across all programs
This module builds crucial life skills such as budgeting, bank account management, UPI usage, accessing government schemes, and microfinance awareness. Women learn to manage finances effectively and move toward economic independence.
Jewellery Making (2–3 Months)
Participants Trained: 65+ women, trans persons, and youth
This hands-on program teaches crafting of beaded, terracotta, and imitation jewellery. Trainees learn design, color coordination, and packaging, gaining exposure through fairs and online platforms.
Post-Training Support
After completing training, each participant is offered certification, counseling, job placement assistance, and micro-enterprise support to launch or expand small businesses.
